Hays said it is expanding Microsoft AI capabilities to more than 8,000 employees, while Bloomberg Law reported it is shifting hiring toward roles harder to replace with AI.

Hays said it will focus its Momentum strategy on higher-value roles in 16 countries and six global specialisms, where the potential impact from AI is lowest.

Bloomberg Law reported that automated chat and phone systems are handling customer-service work at companies including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Microsoft, Uber Technologies, and Hyatt Hotels.
