OPM expands USA Class, an AI tool for drafting federal job descriptions
OPM says it has expanded access to USA Class across federal agencies using USA Staffing, adding an AI tool to the first step of federal hiring. The agency says it is meant to reduce administrative burden and speed the drafting of position descriptions.
