HubSpot said it will eliminate about 7% of its workforce, or nearly 660 roles, as it shifts from building software that helps customers grow to delivering outcomes with AI.

Blaize said it is restructuring and reducing its workforce by about 26%, with completion expected by December 31, 2026. The company expects annual savings of $7.5 million to $8.4 million.

Synopsys updated its 2026-plan restructuring charges to $425 million to $500 million and said most workforce reduction is expected in fiscal 2026, while Reuters reported stronger forecasts tied to AI-driven chip-design demand.

Monday.com said it would reduce its global workforce by about 20%, or roughly 620 people, as part of restructuring for the AI era. Its filing also said it expects to keep hiring in key strategic areas throughout 2026.
